The reason for the share increase was to increase the 1st round of distribution
The retailers buying the product have different payment terms- ranging from but not limited to:
1) All cash Monies upfront (paid in full prior to receipt)
2) 15 day-net (Meaning payment in full 15 days upon receipt)
3) 30 day-net (Meaning payment in full 30 days upon receipt)

To my understanding a share buyback will take place once things are all in place.
