FEDS may yet 'come-on-in' and tell XIDE they are going to have to eat BK, and tighten up their belt . . stranger things have happened. Politically, neither State of Calif. and USA government wants to eat those 'lead toxic dumps' right now on their own. XIDE just might have to sell some international holdings to make up the USA cost $$ shortfalls. That event, could mean no sale of XIDE BK plan w/o international assets on the table. That would call XIDE bluff 'we don't know how to write and enact or request a survival business plan . . . we all just poor Prep school boys'.
