IMO these guys have been doing well financially in China with other ventures including this one..
Unlike most small businesses, YSYB have solid China-govt coffers and don't necessarily rely on the stock for capitalization or to finance daily operations..
Explains why they don't print shares like most and the low float 24mil or so..

looks like they're asserting their presence in the Asian & Russia market and not worried about Wall street perceptions in general..

share value will catch up naturally.. .50cents easily IMO..
dont wake up and find out it gaped to .15 coz this happens daily with these penny stocks..
