Sorry, your right, I used that number from all previous PR's on the mitigation bank project, and it wasnt part of that PR. If you do your homework on the project you will see the amounts. As this current PR says, more information will be forthcoming soon as the credits are released by the Army Corps. Thanks for pointing that out.
