I'm not sure the GOP can get the votes needed to elect a president. I can't imagine them having a platform of giveaways big enough to satisfy the people depending on that.I think we had a chance to elect a decent, honest man this last time and missed the chance. Mitt Romney would have been what the country needs in morality and honesty and maybe even got the country thinking about God and the Christian way of life..No matter what his religion is, it is better than the Muslim we now have in the white house.People are just not seeing what is going on..BO is a Muslim and all you have to do is look at some of the people he has in high gov't jobs and how he handles the Mid East countries.He hates Israel.But as far as the stock market goes, it is two things...Free money and earnings...The stock market reacts to earnings and they have been growing at the detriment of workers. The economy may be recovering some, but people working part time can not be big buyers...No new cars and homes...No big vacations...just more loans to get their kid thru college.I know you have been saying we need a change..I agree...We are heading in the wrong direction..We have become a welfare state. There is no incentive to work anymore. In Portland, a man wanted to see how much he could make by standing along the side of the road asking for money..He said he earned 11.04 an hour and he did this for 7 days.Just had a sign that said "War Vet"...He said he earned more than at his job..
So maybe we turn into a panhandle society now?? Better than working...Till the people who have a little money run out..
