cloud: There were a total of six Form 14s filed. The latest is insisting that if voters don't revote for a reverse split, NeoMedia will likely need to close their doors. They currently don't have the votes to approve the reverse split.

If this board is a cross-sample of voters, NeoMedia will close their doors.

My fresh shares were appropriately put on the block immediately after the CEO said there was a substantial likelihood of closure.
