AEP is essentially just putting a knife to Ormet's throat until they can agree to a beneficial deal to keep raking in money, and to can the $39 mwh agreement.
Can you blame Ormet for not being ready to pay %150 of what was agreed to for the multi year agreement? Not many companies could absorb that kind of 'un-foreshadowed', if you will, expense spike.
