I sometimes wonder where Ihub policy would be if Ihub was a sole proprietorship owned by Matt.

LOL... guess what? He invented iHub and was, up until recently, sole owner. The current policies are pretty much the same now as then. He's a good example of a good moderator (not perfect of course). But inspite of having strong opinions about certain topics, he fairly enforces the rules which are clearly stated.
