As per Fidelity Dividend Specialist: "You will be receiving the dividend in your account when it settles to us. You are receiving .0056 shares of Red Tide per 1 share of Alas. The record date was in fact Monday August 12th and the payment date Tuesday August 13th. You will have it in your account as soon as we receive it, which looks to be Monday August 19th."

I am going to take their word on it as I was on phone for 20 minutes looking into this and transferred around through Fidelity's Active Trader Pro services phone center. Again, it is confirmed and will be in accounts as soon as they receive it and settle.
