Until the label is approved, BBV won't appear......simple

as that. That's the purpose of ttb online,(COLA) so bottles/labels can be verified. Who wants to sell boot leg liquor?

Liquor is a very regulated business, as everyone knows.

Posters claiming they have a bottle of BBV are jerking peoples chains.
