Premier Brands, Inc. Creates Bad Boy Vodka

At some point in time after November 19, 2012, Premier Brands, Inc. was approached by AB Partners, LLC and Dennis Rodman concerning the development of a Dennis Rodman branded vodka product. After an agreement was met, Premier's creative process very wisely changed the name of this proposed product from Rodman Vodka to Bad Boy Vodka.

It's important to understand that Premier is not the actual bottler. That would create some huge expenses and require additional time for BBV to enter the market. So then we notice that the bottling address matches up to Frank-Lin Distillers Products, LTD. Frank-Lin has been in continuous operation since 1933. They have a 90,000 square foot bottling facility and maintain a 200,000 square foot warehouse that offers swift distribution throughout the West, nationwide and internationally. Frank-Lin is a provider of contract bottling services for major national spirit brand owners. So we now understand that Premier has contracted Frank-Lin's services.

As a result of Premier contracting Frank-Lin Distillers Products, LTD. bottling/warehousing/distribution services, we no longer need a license in Premiers name. The proper licensing is already found in the name of Frank-Lin Distillers Products, LTD:

What about the vodka?
Whether starting from a prepared prototype or simply a verbal "concept", Frank-Lin can innovatively create any distilled spirit and coordinate its effective production. Of course, the same care goes into every new product assignment- large or small. This same in-house expertise has further enabled the Research and Development and Quality Control Departments to keep pace with the expanding Frank-Lin production. Importantly, the continued quality of all our products is insured by long-term supplier contracts. Many of these relationships have been in place for decades.

It becomes no longer necessary to know who the distiller is; Frank-Lin is fully capable of securing bulk spirits for the process. And keep in mind, we really don't need a newly made from scratch original formula vodka to make BBV work. A quality already approved generic vodka will work just fine. This is an industry standard these days with many products. So Bad Boy Vodka could already be at the Frank-Lin facility.
