OTC game! Honestly, how can it grow while most of 'longs' will sell their shares if it reaches 0.13? Basically, OTC is where tons of flippers and naked shorts get money, not longs.
Reverse split is a must to have big investors join in. 20:1 RS to have have 25M shares; and it will grow from there.
