That was just my situation and decision at the time.

Since then - there have been plenty of opportunities for me to buy back CTS throughout 2012 - when the CTS were still trading at a low price - and often even lower than what I sold at - if I so chose.

The Grey Market I think was a deterrent for me. It did not appear like a legitimate Market to me.
