Yes, my apologies - You didn't say that. I should have stated it in a way that made it clear that is what I read between the lines - and that I was having a bit of a laugh.

That being said, I don't really see how clarifying your statement by saying that you want people to "stop dwelling" is much different? I also don't see how dwelling is going to prevent "us all a chance to recover our investment"?

Do you mean you don't want to hear it anymore? If so, I hear you but people who are pissed for being stolen from are entitled to be angry and loud for as long as they want and I guess we'll just have to suck it up.

The jury is out on whether we go sold into a worse situation or better. I think that a suspicious attitude and a long memory is a perfectly reasonable approach at this point. I also think that ANYONE that would enter into an agreement with the BPAX board knowing what they did to their shareholders have bit off a big chunk of guilt by association and that is on them to fix.

Perhaps screaming about how got screwed is getting tiring to some. Perhaps I and others should be "cautiously optimistic" as some now say they are. I think the best some of us can hope to muster at this point is "temporarily restrained rage" - and the restraint starts to crumble pretty fast when we hear things like Simes did us a favor.

Let them do their job and we'll see about where we dwell then.

I can tell you this, I don't give a crap what the new CEO says his plans are - if they don't bring about a major upswing in the stock price I will vote against him and the board every single time all day long. Same goes for Libigel, don't want to develop/monetize it? Either prove to me that BPAX lied to me and it's not worth anything (so we can sue them), or I vote against them all day long until you announce plans to develop/monetize it.
