Not unless they file an 8K with SEC and you are absolutely correct, why should they take any heat from a deal, trial, gone bad? Just put it on a back burner and hope it goes away. They are out nothing, no cost, to them for us to put our packets into 55 more stores each month. They have full say about how things are displayed. If they want to put 6 packs in aisle 2 between printer cartridges and photo paper they can. And if someone happens to pick up a packet they make $30. Not too bad for them.
