As a result of the closing of the Petron Asset Purchase Agreement, the assumption of the One Energy Asset Acquisition Agreement, the consummation of the Plan of Reorganization and Asset Purchase Agreement, and our acquisition of the Henderson and Knox County TX, Tulsa and Wagoner County Leases, our business goal has changed to the creation of an asset base consisting of oil and gas and natural gas properties which have a proven history of production. We have already made progress in connection with this goal by our acquisition of the Henderson and Knox County TX, Tulsa and Wagoner County Leases and our acquisition of the Assets of Petron Special pursuant to the Petron Asset Purchase Agreement described above. $PEII
