As you said you are entitled to your opinion and the last thing I wanna do is to argue with you because it's useless. Either you wanna stick around or not, it's a simple decision for everybody to make.

Regarding your statement that it's a typical share selling pink sheet. That's not really fair here. If they was I would be long gone. From the time I started to watch this company, (late 2010) the share count hasn't increased by a single share up until just recently when VNDM came to the party. Not a single share in 2.5 years. I think that is telling you that they aren't one of these notorious diluting guys. Think about it.

Now lately we all know that there was a conversion going on. Do I like it? No definitely not. Do I give the company time to explain the situation and come through with their other stuff like becoming a SEC reporting company? Yes I do for now. There is really nothing else to say at this point in time.

I would suggest you buy a few shares in the low double zeros. You might be able to make some money. I got filled on some below 002 lately, they have been almost a double at some point yesterday.

You can either continue to complain here or you try to make some money. It's up to you.
