N tried it in the beginning but withdrew it via a 15-12g/a...what better way to mask handing out shares like candy...

they obviously think this will solve their problem but it's a little too late...the SEC should reject this filing--if they're paying attention...

but either way--they have to get a MM to file a 15c2-11 to get quoted--fat chance IMO in their race with the revocation reaper..
