ps...I believe the JOBS Act has adjusted the number of shareholders upward to 2000 or something to qualify under that one provision of a 15-12g---but it ain't gonna help these guys...15-12g is designed to relieve small companies of the financial burden of their reporting obligations---wasn't designed for delinquent filers who shirked their obligations regardless....
