You missed nothing. If there was something construction-related to report, we surely would have heard about it, per the very clear statements in the June 18 PR, which can be found at http://finance.yahoo.com/news/clean-coal-technologies-inc-provides-120000501.html

There's also the matter of permits, which as of a couple weeks ago still had not been issued. So you definitely missed nothing.
