It's not so much changing the current way things work. It's providing a slightly higher level of "banning" that I'm at the drawing table on.

1. It would be upon need and approval by me.
2. If it was for a stock thread, it would be complimentary to the main, open thread
3. The leader(s) could ban people
4. The leader(s) could delete posts

That's where I am so far. The only scenario I'd want to see something like this in, is on very popular threads that have a tendency to get out of hand quickly and need another layer to keep it civil.

Again, just thinking out loud.
