Where are the other 'thousands' of times ?

We heard thousands of times that no OTC traded company in history ever survived a class action suit

I've Googled all these phrases and have only come up with one single reference to JBII predicting it might happen.

"OTC company ever survived a class action suit"
"JBII will never survive a class action suit"
" I've yet to see an OTC company survive a class action suit"

All the other hits on Google only reference claiming to have 'heard this thousands of times'.

That's very interesting. wouldn't you agree ?

Not sure how 'one' gets turned into 'thousands' when there is no evidence to support that claim.
