All of this information is readily available via Google. Those who aren't willing to do the "labor intensive" work of basic internet search, though, are usually the ones who are looking for quick flip and not a long term hold.

I much prefer the inquiries into "help me fill in the holes", rather than the "is this a good play, or a POS (ATM for golfing money)" (BTW- I don't take well to the sport of golf being criticized.....). And, I usually answer accordingly (see previous post).

It does provide an opportunity though to keep "old DD" in a current state.

Will work on a mega post, when I get time. Sweet corn is ripening in a hurry though...... mmmmmmm, mmmmmmm!
