The qualifications to participate in any settlement will be provided in the NOTICE OF PROPOSED SETTLEMENT AND PLAN OF ALLOCATION, if and when it is filed and approved by the Court.

I have jumped the gun in my statement that shares must have been sold and you have done the same by indicating that they can still be held.
