The "corrective disclosure" referred to has nothing to do with this settlement and even less to do with whether any distribution from a settlement fund arising out of a class action is a dividend, which it absolutely is not.

A corrective disclosure is the revelation of a fact that establishes that a fraud occurred. The share price naturally drops (corrects), hence the use of the term "corrective".
