There is a big "IF" that needs to be answered for $STKO. If they follow through and shares used for acquisition are restricted for a long time, it could potentially work out depending on a lot of things. I think the irritation and anger right now is we are facing the RS but have no concrete substance to follow it which is the norm in pennyland. Obviously they have to adjust the SS before the deal can be completed but leaves much uncertainty and the smell of scam until they complete an actual deal. The statement in the PR is specific that it will be accompanied with these deals but that means nothing until its completed. If the things below do not happen we are !@#$ed. If they do happen this is not over but still depending on a lot of things as to SS and how its structured. Completed deals, 3.9 billion restricted shares and low float would be best case scenario for us to make money IMO.
In an effort to better launch this new strategy the company plans on conducting a restructuring of the company's publicly traded common stock. The Board of Directors has elected this move to provide room for our acquisition growth strategy, and to enable us to close on the acquisition of our new core HPP technology. The Company believes this move should enhance value for our shareholders as the new structure will be accompanied by a water division, a new consumer products division, and revenue producing HPP operations.
