Ok, then maybe 'big shot' sold 1 million very fast. SO? The point is that he has an advantage in certain kinds of stocks. Illiquid ones that have a value proposition but that don't trade much anymore but have a base that is long and worried. It would have to be a formula, but 'big shot' may have semi-mastered it. It could just be a fun game to this guy, who ends up adding an extra 10% gain to his final ROR, each time he plays out these shenanigans. The impetus? A strong sense that something is about to happen. EIPC has intimated as much... Why is this such a stretch?
