the main requirement for auction participation posted in the NY paper was the proof $50,000 minimum by the participant or the legal agent/trustee of said authorized to act on behalf of said participant. since this keeps coming up by chance was that financial requirement meet & if not why would any company waste their time responding to ever T. D. & H. as all info sought was included in the NY Paper announcing the auction. If that financial qualifier was meet & proven then I would agree w/ your related sentiment.
