the main requirement for auction participation posted in the NYT paper was the proof $50,000 minimum by the participant or the legal trustee of said authorized to act on behalf of said participant. since this keeps coming up by chance was that financial requirement meet & if not why would any company waste their time responding to ever T. D. & H. as all info sought was included in the NYT Paper publicly announcing the auction. If that financial qualifier was meet & proven then I would agree w/ your related sentiment.
