I truly believe that they care about us shareholders, the recent 8k was issued on our behalf. I believe they are doing what they say they are doing. I have no choice, I cannot sell now, I've lost 70% of the value of my shares. I'm staying firm and will probably load some on Monday to average down after news about how the auction has or hasn't taken place.
