Who's Hanna?
Also, if you think Prospect is more likely than Passport to ultimately survive and thrive, God Bless you. It isn't.
One example of the difference: Prospect spent about $45 million dollars last year on director and management compensation and consultant fees. Passport spent about $750 thousand dollars there. Check it out for yourself on the 10Ks. I predict that will be the next breaking of fiduciary trust by Prospect that the lawyers will go after.
Prospect owes more than $137 million dollars just to Karlsson and Apollo. Passport's only existing debts are $35 million for Twin Buttes and Fitzgerald properties.
Prospect already is facing a $10 million law suit by a big investor and looks to have a lot more legal trouble. Passport has no legal threats.
Who will give Prospect more money? Would you?
Disclaimer: I am long Passport. When Prospect fails, it will benefit Passport. I feel badly for investors in Prospect and am sorry they will be hurt. I must say, however, that they could have and should have seen this coming.
