I do not expect a release. The PR was in the original announcement IMO. I am not saying there will not be a PR but I am saying I do not expect it (just to be clear). They said the roll-out will commence on or about Jan 15th unless 30 days notice is given to the contrary. This tells me that they do not need to PR it because the terms are listed clearly in the previous PR.

Just IMO.
