Lets break it down. First I will say again I have not sold a share in over a year. If I want to sell stock I will file 144 papers and do so.


200 million shares x .0025 = $500,000.00. Daily prints of trades so both sides so the true selling could only be 100 million or 250k.

If I could sell being an insider I can only sell 1% of the outstanding each 3 months. Last Q reported shows outstanding at 2,010,104,697. So I could sell around 20 million every 3 months. Or around 6 million a months which comes to $16,666.00

That is a long way from 500K
