I'm staying in but my avg price is .085ish, I've liked the recent PR even though it hasn't moved this stock and when you look at the daily transactions there are fairly large buys going through (I believe I saw a 200k share order go through today) but its being manipulated down by 100-300 share orders. People can only hold this stock down with stupid 100-300 manipulative share sales for so long, at least that's what I'm hoping.

I wouldn't place too much merit on today's drop, I researched the effects of the "investigation" release on other stocks and the pattern seems to be consistent relatively big drop following the news and a bounce back up the following day.
