Contracts already proven to be in Default forfeit any rights that company dreams or management may hope for & prove no remedy as they are already in default. TCA legally owns the NOTE & also Filed Formal Notice of foreclosure...sadly as much as I would like otherwise I have to deal w/ the facts in hand
