wow, one would have thought they could have gotten more money.

Like nearly a 75% discount to current prices. JB must have had bad timing and did this deal while stock was in very low $.01s.

If you follow Adam Feuerstein over on The Street . com. He is a biotech guy and says those companies that issue shares right before the investors are expecting news are telegraphing bad news.
