Listen, I don't want to nitpick but there's a ton of red flags here. First, an anonymous poster getting information from someone at HYII and posting it on an Ihub board, without the company disseminating it to the entire investment community is dangerously close to inside information.
Second, since the info is coming to him, and is NOT being officially announced by the company, who knows if they are giving him accurate info.
Third, if all they raised is $300k to $400k, how much more do they need and how much additional stock will be needed to be given out to raise it??
Lastly, I was here when HYII sold horseshoes. Then they did a reverse split in Nov of 2011. That got the O/S down to 400k shares. After the split, they issued 87 million shares to people they did not disclose. The stock opened, after the split, and after the switch to the mining company, around 0.90.
In one 3 week stretch in May of 2012, about 6 million shares traded at an average around 0.60 to 0.70. That's almost $4 million of stock being sold. Who knows how much was sold above 0.40? 0.20?
So it begs the question. Who got all those 87 million shares of stock? Did any of that $4 million go to individuals who are/were management at HYII? Why did HYII screw the horseshoe shareholders, give people 87 million shares that turned into $4 million and how come none of THAT money was used for drilling a year ago???
Imagine what condition this company would be in if any of that $4 million went towards drilling??
This post is my opinion and should not be used as investment advice.
