I don't know if the required paperwork was submitted,the fact remains is that the EPA doesn't do the testing,third parties do and they have certified it as passing. Seeing how....YAWN.....it's been announced that the HOSS has been shelved then I would say no,it wasn't submitted to the EPA but still could. There's possibly a time limit but I don't know what it is.

LOL...I really doubt the HOSS has an engine choice of 5/6 engines like when ordering a Mustang. It would have been certified with ONLY the engine that was in it when tested and that would be the only engine you could get with the HOSS. You hardly need a big range of engines on a simple UTV.
