I have just reviewed the 2013 + Cash Flow Estimates - submitted by the Debtors on July 23, 2013.
On a positive note the Estimated Net Recovery has been revised upward by 15.8 B to 80.6 B.
In 2012 the Estimated Net Recovery was 64.8 B.

This Net $ amount is still though far from an additional 200 + B needed to start paying the CTS.
