I am not sure what you mean about the final phase? I am guessing that you and others still think that once the Senior Creditors - who voted in favor of the Plan - are paid the Disclosure Statement's Estimated Recovery then they are deemed satisfied.

I do not agree since the Plan states paid in full and post-bankruptcy interest.
