Interesting. We have reports that VPER IS has stated "The past is the past..." with regards to the LED business, yet this PR states Farid will be travelling to Sri Lanka to discuss the deal. Why would they report this if it was not progressing? Or can VPER not get it's lies straight with their own IS?
