I was a board cert internist back in 80's and 90's. I CERTAINLY would have dealt with obesity, in large part b/o metabolic syndrome. I don't know if Belviq reps are targeting them yet, but Internists def should be in the picture! General internists are often the gatekeepers for the cardiologists and endocrinologists (diabetes), so targeting internists should be a given IMO.....

don't exactly understand the why of today's pps movement, but like it!
