i understand your point completely
take for instance me,i have three seperate companies incorporated in my construction buisiness.protects you from getting wiped out.
but if i merged them together my employes who own a small share of the division they work for would realize a rise in their holdings.as far as knsc goes,without bringing in sparx,they got nothing,but it wasn't automatic.
seriously though..gyro...hero...eero..???
