Well, no company EVER says they're doing a RS so that they can then return to dilution. NEVER. They all say the RS is in the interest of the SHs precisely to attract more investment and/or as part of the plan (which never comes to pass) to uplist. NTEK does not need to do a RS. If you truly want to see more investors attracted to this stock, then urge the company to avoid a RS and keep retiring shares.
