Here is a good starting point for "Fair Valuation."

EPS = $4,7000,000 Earnings / 466,752,425 Outstanding Shares = .01

.01 EPS x 30 PE = .30

The average PE for mining stocks is 15. I'm going 30 just because we are a growing company
transitioning from an exploration to a junior mining company. Maybe I'm even being conservative here.
