Well I want to know is what laws were broken. Yes I am ok with it providing they got warrants to listen to calls - they get them from judges as I recall and not fisa judges.

In this day of big bombs and massacres yes I would like my government to not tell us = sorry we could not tell about that attack as we were prevented from using our intelligence capabilities. Of course it could be used for evil and I'd like to see some serious laws passed for those that do but we don't live in a world where everyone likes everyone.

My problem is why have we failed in the war on drugs if we have this capability and we do.
