I don't see a problem with this as all the information was obtained legally. Ok if not disclosing that the original info was from the agency let's tell them that cannot be done in the future as it must be disclosed.

What laws were violated? I knew about this personally in 1994 as it originally was only for the war on drugs and only with 5 agencies. The people quoted who are surprised have to be either willfully ignorant or naive. In the beginning all they got was numbers and then they had to get warrants to listen. None of the information to this day they uncover can be used in court but is handed over for enforcement agencies to build a case.

My problem is with this information why is the war of drugs such a failure and why the disproportion of blacks convicted when more white are arrested for both selling and using drugs.
