Thanks Greg!!! I understand your meaning... but for me it's best to not get too caught up in how far I have become because it can lead me astray.
BTW... A correction: I can curl a 70 pound dumbbell many times... but my regular work outs make use of a 33 1/2 pounder... it builds a harder muscle inplace of size... Lord knows I don't need anymore size... HARR!!!
