Power 3 Medical Products Inc (fka PWRM)

Power3 Medical is no more...gone. They filed for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy on March 15, 2012. Assets have been sold. So, why does PWRM still trade? My guess is neither Ira nor Helen notified the proper authorities (SEC) to let them know that the company is done and should no longer be trading. WHY? If i were to take a wild guess i would say that Ira and/or Helen are trying to sell what's left of their shares on those that are unaware that PWRM is no longer in business.
