She has done a great job of overseeing the total distruction of shareholder value in shares of QASP. Heck, we're only down 25% today, so that could be a feather in her hat.
The fact is that anybody buying shares of QASP today has to realize that they are going to be worth less in a few weeks. That's the history of QASP. As long as Donnell Vigil has been with the company, shareholders have lost equity.
Can she turn it around? And if so how? Will it take another reverse split?
